I am responsible for overseeing the marketing activities of OMNI Group’s products and services, including Data Centre Design and Management. This includes the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015. Additionally, I handle leadership development, presentation skills training, front desk management, and customer service training for relevant divisions. Notably, I successfully coordinated the project for the preparation of Voter ID Cards for the Election Commission of Nepal.

I ensure adherence to all quality standards and processes for customer acquisition, while applying company-wide project management standards when preparing bids, contract opportunities, and submitting tender and contract documents. I also identify new business opportunities and potential clients, conducting research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client-specific needs. As a Project Manager, I successfully led the following projects: Government Integrated Data Centre under the Information Technology Center (GIDC/NITC) – Prefabricated Modular Data Centre (16 Rack Solution) Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBBL) – Conventional Data Centre with 8 Rack Provision Department of Customs (DoC) – Prefabricated Modular Data Centre (6 Rack Solution)

Network Administrator / Examination Officer / IT Tutor (Responsible for managing and securing the entire college network, overseeing invigilation and supervision of GCSE/GCE and college exams, and teaching IT-related courses.)

Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Pokhara Branch, including UK counseling and teaching IT courses.

Teaching IT courses, interacting with students, their parents, and various types of clients.

Teaching IT courses

Provide electrical health and safety awareness in various industrial sectors across the country. Perform repair and maintenance of health equipment in district and zonal hospitals nationwide. Inspect the standards of electrical equipment and cables before they are distributed in the market, and issue the Nepal Standard (NS) mark (NS logo).
